Reservations will be made for you according to your arrival and departure dates. Brightree will cover your room, tax, and all meals on October 26-30. Upon check-in, you will need to provide a credit card for incidentals during your stay.
Important Note: Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Luggage storage will be available upon check-in.
Flight Booking
Brightree will coordinate your round-trip coach airfare based on your preferred airport and airline.
After you RSVP, Kimberly Bokamper will contact you to finalize your travel arrangements.

PSP is approximately 7.3 miles from The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage.

Airport Transportation
Transportation will be provided between Palm Springs International Airport and the hotel.
After collecting your luggage, proceed to baggage claim and look for an attendant holding a Brightree EAB sign and you will be escorted with the group to your hotel transportation.
Program Details
Your participation includes:
- Round-trip, non-refundable coach airfare
- Three nights at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage
- All event meals
- Recreational activity on Tuesday, October 27
- Transportation to scheduled locations
- Fitness-center access
- Prepaid tips and service charges for baggage handlers and housekeeping
Brightree does not cover:
- Room service
- Laundry
- Honor-bar charges
- Telephone or movie charges
- Non-hosted activities
- Costs associated with changing your airline ticket

What to Pack
Weather: Late October in Rancho Mirage typically offers warm, sunny days and cooler, comfortable evenings. Expected daytime highs are generally in the low to mid-80s°F, with overnight and early-morning lows around the upper 50s to low 60s°F.
Suggested Dress Code: Desert Resort Casual
Lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended during the day, with a light layer for cooler mornings and evenings.
- Men: Polos or lightweight shirts, shorts or casual pants, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers, and a light sweater or jacket for evenings.
- Women: Lightweight tops, dresses, skirts, shorts or casual pants, comfortable sandals or walking shoes, and a light sweater, wrap, or jacket for evenings.
- Accessories: Sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen are strongly recommended for daytime activities
